The simple honest truth is that there is no one answer to fix all of your management problems. Sure there are books that you can buy, read, and throw away, but eventually you will come to the same conclusion that I have. Another funny little fact is that what worked last year, may not work this year. (For my upper level teachers; What works this hour may not work the next.) If there were one final answer to life's classroom management issue it would be unfailing diligence.
